Who should attend?

At least the coordinator of the project and the partner responsible for dissemination/communication activities on your project. As communication is expected to be a key component of your project, with all partners understanding the importance of communication and actively communicating with the different target audiences, all project partners are recommended to attend.

Description: ERA CoBioTech in collaboration with CommBeBiz is organizing a webinar on the communication and dissemination aspects the full proposal of your project should address if it is to be successful in attaining funding (See Annex 4 of the ERACoBioTech Call Announcement).

A two A4 page Communication & Dissemination plan has to be submitted as part of your project’s full proposal, which has to include:

1. a narrative on the approach, rationale and contribution of the communication activities to the project
2. a list of priority stakeholders, messages, actions and timetable
3. key performance indicators as your measures of success

To help you prepare the plan, CoBioTech in collaboration with CommBeBiz, will host the Webinar on preparing a Plan for communication with the wider public and dissemination of results as a 90 minute session. The session will cover:

• Communications & Dissemination
  • Creating a continuum
• Creating a Strategic Communications Action Plan
  • Why, what, who, when
• Project support and resources
  • How much and who
• Monitoring, adapting and measuring
  • Checking on progress

The session will allow for participants to ask questions and receive feedback on questions about their proposals.
