This autumn, the ERA Cofund on Biotechnology has convened a European Biotechnology and Society Online Seminar Series as part of its work on Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI).

Nine funding organizations from Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Norway, Russia, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey are participating in the 3rd ERA CoBioTech joint call for proposals.
ERA CoBioTech 2nd joint call 2018: Project information now available
26 transnational research proposals were evaluated by an International Evaluation Panel. Five of them have been recommended for funding.

FNR organised a series of six online seminars on behalf of ERA CoBioTech from 16 to 25 June 2020 to replace the live event, which was planned for March 2020 and postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

ERA CoBioTech organizes a series of six webinars from 16 to 25 June 2020, to learn about the progress and achievements of 34 excellent research projects funded by the network and its precursor ERA-Nets.
Due to the circumstances caused by the coronavirus and the intervention of the European Commission ERA CoBioTech will postpone the 2nd Biotech HUB-Meeting (planned to be organized on 4-5 May 2020 in Dresden, Germany) to the 2nd half of October 2020.
The third call for research projects will be launched in the second half of March 2020.
